RFC NOTE: This document describes the current state of the DSP infrastructure deployed in Yandex Cloud. It is intended for operational overview, capacity planning, and architectural reviews.
1. Assumptions
RFC NOTE: At the VM abstraction level, physical CPU topology is not exposed. For consistency across all environments, the following assumption is used throughout this document.

This assumption is standard for cloud-based infrastructure documentation and sufficient for capacity and scaling discussions.
